Who we are
Subchecked is a compliance platform built specifically for UK construction. We help builders and contractors verify that every subcontractor on site holds the right credentials — insurance, qualifications, and regulatory registrations — before work begins.
We're a small, focused team. We built Subchecked because we saw how much time experienced builders wasted chasing documents and re-checking records by hand. Our goal is to make compliance a five-minute task, not a full-time job.
What we do
Subchecked automates the compliance checklist that builders already run manually. When a builder adds a subcontractor to a project, we guide them through the key verification steps: public liability insurance, employer's liability insurance, CSCS card status, CIS registration, and more.
Subcontractors receive a link by SMS and email. They upload their documents once to a secure vault. Builders get a clear compliance record for every project — ready to show to clients, principal contractors, or insurers.
